Our Spanish face, Laura Lozano writes that Straus Institute from Pepperdine School of Law has been ranked as the number one dispute resolution program by U.S. News & World Report for the ninth consecutive year. The remaining schools in the Top 5 for 2013 are Harvard University, University of Missouri-Columbia, Hamline University and Ohio State University.
Among the criteria considered by U.S. News & World Report for this ranking are the ability of the law students to handle clients' conflicts through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and problem solving.
