After finishing his Bachelor’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology he is now pursuing a Master’s degree in Training & Development at the University of Amsterdam. For his Master’s thesis and internship he spent six months in San Quentin State Prison, California. Seeing first hand how effective victim-offender dialogue can be he has found an ambition for ADR. With his Master’s degree, which is particularly focused on training, coaching and facilitating, he hopes to bring conflict resolution skills where they are most needed.
